Wheel in a Day
It all begins with a ball of clay…
Escape to the High Country and experience the ancient craft of ceramics. You will work on your own wheel, enjoy a delicious catered lunch, and create unique, stoneware tableware for you to use and love.
This is a great workshop to come on your own or with a few friends. Groups of six can also book a private workshop.
No experience is necessary, but if you have thrown before, Wendy will help you extend your skills.
Workshops are limited to 6 participants.

Paint Amongst the Vines
As the grapes begin to bud and swell in Spring, or the leaves turn to russet in Autumn, pull up a chair and learn to paint ‘en plein air’ with gouache and drink in the panorama of High Country views from Delatite Winery.
Wendy Jagger, an experienced artist, and art educator will tailor her teaching to suit your skill level.
After creating your masterpiece, you will be treated to a delicious 2-course lunch in the stunning architect-designed cellar door restaurant, plus a glass of Delatite Wine.
No experience is necessary, just a sense of fun and experimentation!
Limited to 12 participants.

Paint the High Country
Escape to Mansfield’s High Country and breathe in the air, revel in the exceptional views of lakes, rivers, mountains, and valleys. Pull up a chair and learn to paint ‘en plein air’ with gouache under the experienced tutelage of artist Wendy Jagger.
Learn about using gouache in a painterly manner, palette layout, composition, and colour mixing. No experience is necessary, just a sense of fun and experimentation! But if you do have experience, Wendy will help you to extend your skills.
There will be demonstrations and lots of time for painting with individual tuition, as required.
A gallery and discussion at the end of the day to celebrate and admire your works. Take home your creations and get them framed!
